This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between Graphify Labs ("Graphify," "we," or "us"), the plugin licensor, and you, the individual or organization using the plugin. It applies to Graphify MCP for JetBrains (plugin ID com.graphify.graphify-mcp) and updates distributed under this Agreement ("Plugin").
By installing or using the Plugin, you agree to this Agreement. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Plugin.
License and permitted use
We grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Plugin for your personal or internal business purposes and to keep backup copies. The Plugin is free to install. This license has no fixed expiry while you comply with this Agreement, subject to the termination terms below. It grants use rights, not ownership or a right to receive source code.
Restrictions and ownership
Graphify and its licensors retain all rights in the Plugin. Unless we give written permission, you may not sell, sublicense, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Plugin, remove proprietary notices, or reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble it. These restrictions do not limit activities that applicable law expressly permits despite a contractual restriction, or rights granted by a separate open-source license.
You must not use the Plugin unlawfully, bypass access controls or service limits, or access repositories or accounts without authorization. This Agreement gives Graphify no ownership of your code, repositories, or other content.
Hosted services and other software
The Plugin helps configure access to Graphify’s hosted MCP service. A Graphify account, an indexed repository, and a compatible AI client are required to use that service. Installing the Plugin does not include a paid Graphify plan, AI model access, or a JetBrains product license. Hosted-service access, billing, and account obligations are governed by our Terms of Service and any applicable service agreement. This Agreement governs the Plugin itself.
Graphify’s open-source core and any separately licensed components remain subject to their own licenses. This Agreement does not replace or restrict those licenses. Third-party IDEs, AI assistants, and optional software such as the MCP authentication bridge are supplied by their respective providers under their own terms.
Connections and data
The Plugin provides connection configuration and links; it does not itself upload project files or store authentication tokens. Once you enable a connection, your selected AI client or bridge communicates with Graphify and manages authentication. Depending on the tool and workspace settings, calls may retrieve repository data, save workspace memory, or change a workspace selection. Review the permissions and tool descriptions before enabling or using a connection.
Graphify’s processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accounts and assistants you connect and for having permission to use any content you submit.
JetBrains and the marketplace
This Agreement is between you and Graphify. JetBrains is not a party to it and does not license this Plugin to you. Graphify is responsible for the Plugin and its support; JetBrains has no support or warranty obligations under this Agreement. Your use of JetBrains products and Marketplace is subject to JetBrains’ separate agreements.
Updates and support
We may provide updates or discontinue support for a Plugin version. We do not promise a particular update schedule, response time, or ongoing compatibility with every IDE or third-party client. Warranty disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Plugin is provided as is and as available, without express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, security, accuracy, availability, or that defects will be corrected. You remain responsible for evaluating results and maintaining appropriate backups.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Graphify is not liable under this Agreement for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if advised that they could occur. Our aggregate liability arising from the Plugin will not exceed the amount you paid for the Plugin itself during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. The Plugin currently carries no license fee; payments for hosted services are governed by the separate agreement for those services.
JetBrains has no liability under this Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability or limits consumer rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited. These qualifications apply to all disclaimers, restrictions, and limitations above.
Termination
You may end this Agreement by uninstalling and deleting your copies of the Plugin. We may terminate your license for a material breach of this Agreement. When the license ends, you must stop using and delete the Plugin; provisions concerning ownership, disclaimers, liability, and disputes continue to apply. Uninstalling the Plugin does not cancel a hosted-service subscription or delete your Graphify account or workspace data.
Changes and governing law
We may offer future Plugin versions under revised terms, made available before you accept the update. Revised terms do not retroactively change the license for a version you already received. This Agreement is governed by Delaware law, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
