Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of graphify. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the service

You may use graphify only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for the content you ingest and for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Open-source components

The graphify core is available under an open-source license. Your use of the open-source components is governed by that license; these Terms cover the hosted service and related offerings.

Plans & billing

• Paid plans are billed per developer seat, monthly, through Stripe.
• You can add or remove seats, or cancel, at any time; changes apply from the next billing period.
• Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

AI assistants and the MCP connector

graphify can be connected to third-party AI coding assistants (for example Claude, Cursor, or other MCP-compatible clients) through the Model Context Protocol. When you connect an assistant, it can query your knowledge graph and, where enabled, your stored memory through tools scoped to your workspace. You are responsible for the assistants you connect and the queries they make on your behalf. graphify does not control third-party assistants and is not responsible for their behavior, output, or availability; your use of any third-party assistant is governed by that provider's own terms.

Your content and ownership

You own the code and content you ingest and the graphs graphify builds from them. We claim no ownership of your content and we do not train models on it. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. graphify and the hosted platform (including its APIs) remain our property.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer the hosted platform, or use it to store unlawful content.

Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's confidential information and use it only to perform under these Terms. Your ingested content is treated as your confidential information.

Term & termination

Paid plans run for the billing period you select and renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current period. On termination your access ends; you may request export or deletion of your data, and retention thereafter follows our Privacy Policy.

Warranty & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Graphify Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability under these Terms will not exceed the fees you paid in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Data processing

Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and the Subprocessors list. A Data Processing Addendum (DPA) is available on request.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in-product or by email. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
