Use of the service

You may use graphify only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for the content you ingest and for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Open-source components

The graphify core is available under an open-source license. Your use of the open-source components is governed by that license; these Terms cover the hosted service and related offerings.

Plans & billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance.
• Usage above plan limits is billed per node.
• You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer the hosted platform, or use it to store unlawful content.

Warranty & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Graphify Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
